TakeScout publishes findings and data about how AI assistants recommend destinations, hotels, restaurants, and attractions. You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only, and not for any unauthorized, fraudulent, or malicious activity, or in violation of any laws or regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.
3. Accuracy of Content
TakeScout's findings are generated from repeated observations of AI assistant outputs, analyzed and summarized by us. They reflect what AI assistants said at the time of observation and may not reflect the current, complete, or accurate state of any destination, business, or attraction.
Content on this site is intended for informational purposes and should not be used as the sole basis for business, investment, marketing, or travel decisions.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, findings, logos, and trademarks on this site are the property of TakeScout or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute substantial portions of our published findings or data without our explicit permission. Brief quotation with attribution and a link back to the source page is welcome.
5. Third-Party Names
References to destinations, hotels, restaurants, attractions, or AI assistants (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini) are for informational and descriptive purposes only. TakeScout is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any business, destination, or AI provider named on this site unless explicitly stated.
6. Data & Privacy
Our use of your personal information (for example, if you contact us or join our waitlist) is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using this site, you consent to that use.
7. Service Availability & Modifications
We strive for uptime and reliability, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time, with or without notice.

TakeScout is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
